Yarmak and V. Kiselev, a color method of treating patients with various forms of neuroses thanks to the specific effect of the color range on a person. The series of 250 abstract watercolor miniatures specially created by N. P. Tokmakov, offered to doctors, if laid out in a certain way, depending on the goal, helps patients concentrate, or get rid of insomnia, or gain self-confidence, or raise their vitality.
