Conclusion on cement testing from July 9, 1942, made by the research laboratory of the Kuibyshev Civil Engineering Institute during the construction of the command post-bomb shelter "Object No. 1" in the city, as a reserve location for the headquarters of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the USSR Armed Forces, Secretary of the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks), Chairman of the Council of People's Commissars of the USSR Joseph Vissarionovich Stalin during the Great Patriotic War.
