Olaf Rantz, a student at the Moscow Institute of Chemical Engineering from the German Democratic Republic, by an evening campfire in the tent camp of the international student construction team "Ermak" at the Chuna station. Students from socialist countries studying at Soviet universities worked in the construction team laying the second tracks of the existing railway section Taishet - Lena during the construction of the Baikal-Amur Mainline.
