Civil Defense Museum "Stalin's Bunker" in Samara

March 1995. Russia. Samara. Museum director, Colonel Timofey Zakharchenko in the recreation room of I. V. Stalin, located at a depth of 37 meters, during a tour for schoolchildren of the Civil Defense Museum "Stalin's Bunker". The museum was created in the declassified command post-bomb shelter "Object No. 1", built as a reserve location for the headquarters of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the USSR Armed Forces, Secretary of the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks), Chairman of the Council of People's Commissars of the USSR Joseph Vissarionovich Stalin in 1942 during the Great Patriotic War.
