Aleksandr Petrovich Popov, a tractor driver of the Order of the Red Banner of Labor of the Verkhnemullinsky state farm in Perm District, winner of the All-Union competition of agricultural machine operators, who was awarded a Moskvich passenger car for the highly efficient use of equipment, the successful completion of the Ninth Five-Year Plan, and the worthy celebration of the 25th Congress of the CPSU.
