Polish builders from the Energopol company during assembly work on the construction of the turbine hall of the third power unit of the Smolensk nuclear power plant. As part of economic cooperation between the USSR and the Polish People's Republic, Energopol worked under contract on the construction of the third power unit of the Smolensk NPP and facilities in the power engineering city of Desnogorsk.
