IV International Tchaikovsky Competition in Moscow

USSR. Moscow. The winners of the vocalists' competition of the IV International Tchaikovsky Competition are the soloist of the Academic Opera and Ballet Theater of the Ukrainian SSR named after Taras Shevchenko Viktor Nikolaevich Trishin, who won the third prize and a bronze medal, the soloist of the Odessa National Academic Opera and Ballet Theater Nikolai Leonidovich Ogrenich, who won the first prize and a gold medal, the soloists of the State Academic Bolshoi Theater of the USSR Vladislav Ivanovich Pyavko, who won the second prize and a silver medal, and Tamara Ilyinichna Sinyavskaya, who won the first prize and a gold medal, the soloist of the Leningrad Opera and Ballet Theater named after S. M. Kirov Evgeny Evgenievich Nesterenko, who won the first prize and a gold medal, and the soloist of the Academic Opera and Ballet Theater of the Ukrainian SSR named after Taras Shevchenko Evdokia Vasilievna Kolesnik, who won the third prize and a bronze medal, (from left to right) in the Column Hall of the House of Unions.
