Monument of Friendship of Peoples in Tashkent

September 1984. USSR. Uzbek SSR. Tashkent. Monument to Friendship of Peoples, perpetuating the feat of the family of Shaakhmed (Shoakhmed) Shamakhmudov and Bakhri Akramova, who adopted 15 children of different nationalities during the Great Patriotic War and three after the war, the work of architects Leon Tigranovich Adamov and Sabir Rakhimovich Adylov.
