Soviet-American polar expedition "Bering Bridge"

USA. Kotzebue. Residents of the city during a meeting of the participants of the joint Soviet-American polar expedition "Bering Bridge". The expedition led by Soviet explorer Dmitry Igorevich Shparo and American explorer Paul Schurke, organized by the newspaper "Komsomolskaya Pravda", took two months to travel by dog sled from Anadyr in Chukotka through the Bering Strait to the city of Kotzebue in Alaska.
