Participant of the Great Patriotic War, former prisoner of the Buchenwald concentration camp Nikolai Fyodorovich Kung during his speech at a protest rally of students and teachers of higher educational institutions of the Oktyabrsky district against the decision of the FRG government to amnesty war criminals of the Second World War.
