A plaque at the site of the future obelisk in memory of Heroes of the Soviet Union, the world's first cosmonaut, USSR pilot-cosmonaut Yuri Alekseyevich Gagarin and test pilot Vladimir Sergeyevich Seregin in the Kirzhachsky District.
