Secondary comprehensive school No. 1104 in Moscow

April 1-13, 1989. USSR. Moscow. A meeting of the School Council in Secondary Comprehensive School No. 1104 in the Konkovo microdistrict, where school self-government has been introduced and all issues of the school’s internal life are resolved within the framework of the charter and recommendations of the Council. The Council included seven students, seven teachers, seven parents and the school administration. Candidates for Council members were elected through a competitive process; teachers were nominated based on the results of questionnaires distributed among students.
