The commander of the parade gives a report to Nicholas II. Among those present: Grand Dukes Dmitry Pavlovich, Nikolai Nikolaevich, Peter Nikolaevich, Georgy Mikhailovich, K.D. Nilov, V.B. Fredericks and P.K. Benkendorf.
Next to Nicholas II is a footman with a tray on which there is a decanter of vodka.
The commander of the parade approaches Nicholas II, salutes, drinks a glass of vodka and salutes with a saber.
