Special Issue newsreel "North Caucasus number 45 tells about the problems equestrian school in the village Novokumsky Levokumskij area Stavropol Territory.

Local leaders do not find opportunities to save this school in the village, so necessary for children.

Thanks to the efforts of the groom and the pupils of the equestrian school that care about the remaining 6 horses, the school continues to exist in spite of the indifference of adults.

In the story the following filming: the audience on one of the horse auctions, horse demonstration, put up for auction, present are shooting horses;  panorama of the vineyards in the state farm "Levokumsky" women clean dry vine, put them in a pile; general view of dilapidated stables in the village Novokumsky belonging Children's equestrian school, horses in the paddock, groom and female M.E.Fedoseev loaded hay wagon, make bags with food in the stable, the groom says (Sinhr. per frame.)
