Leningrad and Osaka sister cities since 1979. The authors of the film try to find in these cities something similar. And Leningrad and Osaka - the former capital, the main purpose of which was access to the world through the major ports. The shooting took place in Japan, and in Leningrad, in different places - at universities, theatres, shops, homes, temples, in the construction and in the subway.
