The film is dedicated surgeon VP Demikhova. VP Demikhov walking in the park. A snow-covered road. Blizzard. It's snowing. Winter shot of the building and the entrance to the anatomical body. Evening shot: lantern swinging in the wind. VP Demikhov preparing for the operation, conducts an operation to transplant a second dog head from donor dog. Narration commented on the transaction. [B. P. Demikhov] behind the scenes talks about the importance of the experiment and the problem of survival of dogs after surgery. Operations present Demikhova assistants. Dog with two heads is drinking milk from a saucer.
