Annotation:

Educational film for university students. About processes in the living cell, photosynthesis. The study of biophysical aspects of photobiological processes is the central section of quantum biophysics. To carry photobiological processes, starting with the light absorption of a quantum of biologically important molecules and ending with a physiological response (positive or negative) at the level of the organism. Photobiological processes are very diverse. Each of them consists of many stages, starting with an act of absorption of a light quantum and ending physiological-cal reactions at the level of the whole organism. Conventionally, every fotobiolo-cal process can be divided into several stages: 1) absorption of a quantum of light, 2) intramolecular processes of energy exchange (Photophysical processes); 3) intermolecular energy transfer processes of the excited state; 4) primary photochemical act; 5) dark reactions, yuschiesya-ending with the formation of stable products; 6) biochemical reactions involving photoproducts; 7) The general physiological response to light.
