The plot is the first.

The plot tells of the ancient Greek philosopher Democritus.

Hourglass.

A man in a Greek tunic and mask walks through the park.

Spectators, dressed like the ancient Greeks, sit on the ruins of the ancient theater (Sevastopol), watching the play.

Actors play the scene from the ancient Greek tragedy.

PNRM. On the rows with the audience.

A dramatization dedicated to the trial of Democritus.

PNRM. On the ruins.

The boy pours water from the pitcher into the hands of Democritus, he talks about the voids in the water (sinhr.).

The waves roll to the shore.

Pond in the park.

Dawn in the mountains.

The second part.

"Democritus" with the boy go along the ruins of the fortress, the sun's rays penetrate through the cracks, "Democritus" speaks about atoms (sinhr.), Climbs the stairs. "Democritus" answers the boy's questions, sitting at the source (sinhr.).

Sunset.

The stones are visible through the sea water.

Crocheted plants on the rocks. "Trial" over the philosopher, prosecutors pass sentence - reward Democritus. "Democritus" responds to the accusers.

Forest in the mountains, mountain river.

Sea surf, gulls fly over the sea.

The third part.

The plot of the second.

The plot tells about the collector of old cars from Moscow Lomakove.

Hourglass.

Men, boys roll an old car on the road.

Collector Lomakov washes the old car, sweeping the yard, standing on the balcony.

Lomakov in his apartment goes into the office, reads excerpts from newspaper articles about his collector's activities (sinhr.).
