A cure for cancer (2004)

Vladimir Zarechny, a resident of the village Tsarevshchina in the Saratov region, considered himself a failure.

In his childhood he dreamed of becoming a pilot, but the family was poor, I had to forget about my studies and become a welder.

Doctors diagnosed: lymphosarcoma.

They said that they had six months to live.

Then Vladimir decided that he would live these six months as he still dreamed of living his whole life.

After the operation and the course of chemotherapy, he proceeded to assemble his first aircraft, all the spare parts for which were found at the aviation dump.

Vladimir built the plane quickly: days and nights he studied the circuits, made drawings, and the experience of the welder was useful.

A few years later, a relapse of the disease occurred, which again was defeated, and then Vladimir built the second airplane.

The improved design made a great impression on the festival of amateur aviators in Latvia.

Suddenly, the pensioner's hobby turned out to be in demand in the daily life of the state farm.

Since then, he dreams of collecting the next, real aircraft, and continues to look to the future with optimism.

Vladimir believes that under no circumstances can you betray your dream, because such a betrayal can destroy a person.
