The third day of negotiations in Rambouillet in France between the representatives of Yugoslavia (FRY) and the Albanian delegation from Kosovo. Negotiations were held under the auspices of the Contact Group of the NATO and Russian participating countries.

The release of the program begins with information about the meeting of the Presidents of the Russian Federation and the United States in Jordan, during which the situation in the Balkans was discussed.

Telephone communication with the President of the Republic of Ingushetia Ruslan Aushev, who is in favor of holding a referendum in order to grant the regions the right to use internal forces independently without the approval of the federal center.

The Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia unsatisfactorily speaks about Russia's role in the negotiation process and hopes that the Russian leadership will change its attitude to the conflict.

Stresses the inadmissibility of NATO's use of weapons on the territory of Yugoslavia.

Albanians living in Russia take part in the program.
