The third day of negotiations in Rambouillet, France, between representatives of Yugoslavia (FRY) and the Albanian delegation from Kosovo. The negotiations were held under the auspices of the Contact Group of NATO member states and Russia.




The program begins with information about the meeting of the presidents of the Russian Federation and the United States in Jordan, during which the situation in the Balkans was discussed.
