The third day of negotiations in Rambouillet, France, between representatives of Yugoslavia (FRY) and the Albanian delegation from Kosovo. The negotiations were held under the auspices of the Contact Group of NATO member states and Russia.

The program begins with information about the meeting of the presidents of the Russian Federation and the United States in Jordan, during which the situation in the Balkans was discussed.
Fragments of video footage from Jordan (Amman) from the farewell ceremony for the King of Jordan Hussein bin Talal, who died on 07.02.1999. The ceremony was attended by Russian President Boris Yeltsin (in the video).
Borislav Milosevic voices the position of the delegation of Yugoslavia and Serbia on the demands put forward by the Kosovo Albanians, including a referendum on the independence of the region.
He calls for compliance with the constitution of Serbia and Yugoslavia, speaks out in favor of the possible granting of autonomy to Kosovo.
He expresses a negative attitude towards the presence of military forces on the territory of the FRY, not only representatives of NATO, the OSCE, but also any other states.
Talks about the recent murders of peaceful, law-abiding citizens in the cities of Djakovica, Jablanica, Kosovka-Mitrovica, about the emergence of terrorism and incitement to it, with the aim of attracting NATO forces to the territory of Kosovo.
About the supply of weapons to Kosovo Albanians.
Milosevic points out the need to preserve the integrity of the FRY. The events in Yugoslavia are compared with the current situation in Russia.
Telephone communication with the President of the Republic of Ingushetia Ruslan Aushev, who advocates holding a referendum to grant regions the right to independently use internal forces without the approval of the federal center.
The Ambassador of the FRY speaks unsatisfactorily about the role of Russia in the negotiation process and hopes that the leadership of the Russian Federation will change its attitude to the conflict.
Emphasizes the inadmissibility of NATO using weapons on the territory of Yugoslavia.
