Lermontov.
The Chairman of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the Kazakh SSR Sabir Niyazbekov took part in the solemn meeting.
The report was made by the director of the Institute of Party History under the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan B. Beisembayev.
Close relatives and associates of T. Ryskulov were removed.
