The story tells about the lease contract on the farm "Precepts of Ilyich" in the Stavropol region.

In the story the following filming:

The limit to the wholesale trade.

The story tells about the wholesale fair in Nalchik organized by the State Agricultural Committee of the USSR. In the story the following filming:

panorama of agricultural machinery at the fair, experts inspect vehicles, visitors to the exhibition, among them representatives of the Kazakh SSR.

Third plot.

City Festival.

The theme is the celebration of the 170th anniversary of Nalchik.

In the story the following filming:

parade through the streets playing muzykaety, act amateur dance groups, vocal and instrumental ensemble playing in the town square, the chefs cook pilaf, shish kebabs;

massive race through the streets of Nalchik;

general view of the exhibition of children's art;

crafts craftsmen demonstrate their skills in knitting, blacksmithing, wood carving, in the manufacture of hats;

Elders group - participants of the Great Patriotic War, which sit in a covered pavilion, endure a tray with refreshments, elders take turns drinking from goblets.

4th story.

City Day.

The story tells about how Ordzhonikidze was first celebrated the City Day.

In the story the following filming: a general view of the central square of the city, filled with people, a column of children, young drummers marching column, perform dance groups performing folk dances, a worker cooperative cafe "Art" serves visitors, the audience walks through the streets, resting in the park, ride the rides, street artist paints a portrait of the boy, vernissage artists paintings on the streets of the city;

ballroom dancers waltzing in one of the venues of the city.
