Downloading from ftp

This is the fastest and the most convenient way to get footage.

We create your personal section on our ftp where your order will be downloaded. Login and password for accept to the order will be sent to you by E-mail.

You can use a special program to download the order eg Filezilla, Total Commander, etc.

Each of your orders will be placed in a separate folder on the ftp. Names of folders correspond to numbers of your orders.

Each file of the order corresponds to one segment. The first number in the file name corresponds to the order number and the last number is the serial number of the fragment in the order.

Courier service

You can get your order via post or by courier.

Within Moscow - courier service delivers orders on weekdays , in the day after departure.

If

delivery to other regions is required, you can specify the cost and delivery time during the legalization of your order.
